A Habit-Building Challenge Built For You

CHT’s New Year’s Challenge is back with a few changes! Get ready for 6 weeks of community-based fun and friendly competition between teams. It all kicks off January 8, 2022. Registration opens soon!

Holistic Approach — Take part in the challenge and improve your holistic well-being. Choose from three different tracks based on what suits you and your goals best. The pre and post test will be based on this track.

Community Oriented — Earn points for your team and check-in with each other on a regular basis. As always, our trainers will be there for you every step of the way. In-person and virtual communication will be available.

Real Progress — You will progress through the six themed weeks and build healthy habits that will stay with you throughout 2022 and beyond.

Pick You Focus Based on Your Goals:
Fitness Track
If your goals are related to increasing your strength, power endurance, or aerobic capacity, this is the track for you. Focus on optimizing your performance. The pre and post test will consist of standard fitness assessments and baseline tests for strength, power, endurance, and aerobic capacity.
Wellness Track
Working out is about more than just your physical well-being. Focus on the wellness side of health and fitness. Challenge yourself to commit to developing healthy habits that directly impact your mental health. The pre and post test will be a personal qualitative assessment.
Body Comp Track
There are many components of aesthetic goals like weight-loss, muscle building, and changes to body composition. This track focuses on those goals while still emphasizing the importance of fitness and wellness for long term health and sustainable changes.
