About:
Trainer, instructor, and coach Anna Ohe came from a diverse background in athletics and dance. From weight lifting with her father at the age of 12 to dancing with a company in her 20s, she brings a multidisciplinary approach to help her clients achieve their fitness and performance goals. Anna believes that cross-training is an art form, solutions are often found in unconventional places, and that each individual has the power to reach their full potential with thoughtful programming and dedication. Specializing in corrective exercise and rehabilitative movement, she combines the latest research in exercise science with somatic-based movement practices to get clients to their goals pain-free.
When not in the gym, Anna enjoys coaching her daughter’s soccer team, landscaping her garden, hiking, or working on her choreography.
**Please note: If a trainer's name does not appear when scheduling, they may not be taking on new clients at this time.

"Anna has been really great in recognizing that mobility was an issue for me and wanted to fix all of those mobility issues before she took me any further in our program. I had shoulder issues, neck issues, and hip issues from running hurdles for years and she really recognizes when something is wrong. She pays very close attention to my movement, how I'm feeling, and it has made it so much easier to progress when you have someone who can pay that kind of close attention to your body and can recognize when something isn't moving correctly. Even if you don't say it, she sees it."
